With Cargonexx, we want are solving this problem and therefore, developed a platform that automatically avoids empty capacities through state-of-the-art technologies such as AI and Machine Learning.

We want to have you on our mission to build an environmentally friendly and digitized logistics industry. 

Thus, we are currently looking for a (Junior) Performance Marketing (m/f/d).

    Many things are changing in the market, and it is getting harder and harder to find reliable carriers. You help us to detect hidden champions in the highly fragmented market.

What you can do

  • First and foremost: You can grow and learn together with us
  • You will develop, manage and strategically develop creative cross-channel concepts
  • You analyze our campaign and website performance to optimize the user journey further
  • You can try yourself out: Test new marketing channels and find new ways to generate leads
  • You have a green field in front of you: Develop our performance marketing department from scratch
  • You will write regular marketing reports and present optimizations based on KPIs
  • You will become an essential driver in the expansion of our network

What you should be capable of

  • You have at least 2 years experience in marketing and are familiar with SEA and performance marketing mechanisms in general
  • You have a great interest in the trucking/mobility industry
  • You have a data mindset and have CLV & CAC always on your radar
  • You have experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (or comparable tools in web tracking) as well as Grav (or similar CMS)
  • You have a good feeling for the right content at the right time
  • Your German and English skills are excellent - both spoken and written
