Cancellation of a transport order

We understand that not everything always goes according to plan. To cancel your transport order correctly, please follow the steps below.

How can I cancel my transport order? 

1. Cancellation by e-mail 

  • Please contact us 
    If you cancel your transport order, please contact our service department immediately by e-mail: service@cargonexx.de.
  • Put the tour number in the subject line 
    Include the title "Cancellation" and the corresponding tour number in the subject line so that we can assign your cancellation to the transport order.
  • Explanation 
    Describe the reason for the cancellation in the text field 

    

2. cancellation by telephone 

Alternatively, you can also cancel the transport order by telephone on +49 40 87407645.

 

What happens if I cancel at short notice? 

A transport cancellation must be submitted by e-mail by the day before the loading day (24 hours). In case of a later-term cancellation, where the cost of a replacement vehicle exceeds the originally agreed freight, Cargonexx will invoice the corresponding amount. 

We would like to solve problems together with you - so please do not hesitate to contact us in case of uncertainties during ongoing transports. Therefore, you have the possibility to cancel an accepted order up to 24 hours before loading day without any problems.
