Consolidating individual orders into loads is time-consuming, heavily dependent on the mental knowledge of the dispatchers, and does not lead to optimal utilization of transport capacities, which in turn leads to higher costs.

The lack of real-time data on the status of each job not only increases the workload of service teams, but also hinders the development of efficient and scalable customer service.
